A Day in the Life of a Voyageur

Ages 8 and up

Learn about the history of fur trade and exploration in Canada from the perspective of the people out in the fields, or rather, the bush. A 45-60 minute costumed presentation about the history of the fur trade, including songs, stories and dancing!

Come Dance With Me

Ages 6 and up

Saskatchewan has a rich history of folk dance from a variety of different cultures. Learn how to dance a square, schottische, heel toe, seven step and more with live music! Workshops can be scheduled for 30-60+ minutes depending on the age and enthusiasm of the participants. 

Making Music

Ages 6 and up

Instruments don't have to be fancy to be fun. There are many instruments that kids can make out of everyday materials. In this 60 minute workshop, participants make their own flute and learn to play songs with their friends.
